FAIRCRETE RMW in concrete reacts with the cement during the hydration process to form a hydrophobic coating on the voids in concrete which reduces the capillary suction & minimizes water percolation. FAIRCRETE RMW also avoids segregation and bleeding of fresh concrete. There is a considerable reduction in capillary pores within concrete, which reduces permeability & improves concrete durability.
